As a woman who once struggled with chronic dieting and misinformation, I made a choice to become a certified nutritionist.
This is now my full-time passion: helping women feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. I understand the frustration of bouncing from one diet to another without finding answers.

Gained 10 lbs in an abusive relationship.

Bought my first fad diet from an influencer
and was taught fruit is "fattening"
and that carrots contain "too much sugar"
Lost the 10 pounds but now had an "all or nothing" mentality & was labeling foods "good" and "bad".
Was interested in powerlifting and needed
to lose weight to reach a weight class.
I consumed only 500-700 calories per day!
After competition gained 15 lbs in 2 weeks. Metabolism shot & chronic stomach issues came back.
Frustrated with the chronic dieting and misinformation. Started doing science-based research to understand the "WHY" behind what was happening to my body & what I was doing.
I pursued certification through NASM and became dedicated to helping women achieve their weight loss goals while balancing and sustaining the lifestyle they desire.
