No, I no longer provide strict meal plans. Instead, I teach you how to build balanced meals that fit your preferences, lifestyle, and goals. You’ll get custom calorie and macro guidance along with meal ideas, and recipes to support to help you feel in control of your nutrition.

Question 3: I’ve tried so many diets. How is this different?

Most diets rely on restriction, guilt, and unsustainable rules. I focus on education, flexibility, and building habits so you can eat what you love, fuel your body properly, and stop feeling like you're always "starting over."

Question 4: Can I still eat carbs and lose weight?

YES! Carbs are not the enemy. In fact, they play an important role in energy, muscle recovery, and overall well-being. I’ll teach you how to include them in a balanced way without fear.
